Thank you for your interest in the internship program! I am so excited to see you gain the momentum to want to change your circumstances, and I consider it a privilege to be a part of your journey.
This program is designed to not only allow me to get to know you better, but to also support your growth and success as well as assess HR topics designed for you as you begin your internship experience.
I will provide a weekly survey to check on the actions you are taking to achieve your goals. Periodically asking you to assess your own performance and check-in to ensure that the projects you working on, is still in alignment as the internship progresses.
This internship requires you to complete a HR E-Learning course, participate in webinars and engage in HR activities such as FMLA tracking and certification, recruiting, onboarding and hosting events. The internship program rate is $199 a month for 3 months.
